* The per-event District Participation Fee covers UP TO three students in each grade level of the event, depending on the District's election to accept full participation at each grade level.   One play cast of 15, plus 4 crew members may participate in One-Act Play.

Example: A Class "A" school enters 3 students in Grade 6 Science, 1 student in Grade 7 Science, 2 students in Grade 8 Science, 3 students in Impromptu Speaking, and a troupe of actors in One-Act Play. This school pays $105 in District Participation Fees: $35 for the Science entries, $35 for the Impromptu Speaking entries, and $35 for the One-Act Play cast.

**A student must have placed high enough in a District Meet to qualify for participation in the State Meet.
